The company began in 1993 as MDN Co., Ltd. in building-materials wholesale and retail.

In November 2025 the legal name was changed to DSK Industrial Development Co., Ltd. Headquarters remains at 601-A16, 6th Floor, 179 Wanjeong-ro, Geomdan-gu, Incheon.

Existing businesses — logistics systems, building materials, trade, agriculture, minerals and aviation education — continue under the new name.
